INSIGHT TSL - TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are Insighgt TSL terms and conditions of business, effective 22 April 2010 and will apply to all existing clients and new companies booking courses with Insight TSL.

BOOKING PROCEDURE & COURSE CONFIRMATION

A booking is made when either the client / company representative telephones or emails requesting either a place(s) on one of our public workshops or delivery of a company specific training at our venue or the delivery of onsite training.

A confirmation email from Insight TSL must be received from our office detailing your booking and joining instructions in the case of our workshops.

All confirmations specifically requests that the client refers to this document for our terms and conditions of business as well.

SUBSTITUTION, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER

The customer may substitute a delegate on a course upon notifying Insight TSL in writing at no additional charge.

The customer agrees to pay the following % of the course fee to Insight TSL for whatever reason a delegate fails to attend, cancels, transfers or withdraws from a course without providing at least 10 working days' written notice prior to the scheduled start of the course.

Please note a cancellation fee refers to a specific course date and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation and the cancellation fee structure below applies.

Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer - Public Scheduled Courses

Within 6-10 working days of course date : 50% of course fee will be payable
Within 0 - 5 working days: 100% of course fee will be payable
 
Written Notice of Cancellation or Transfer - Onsite or Company Specific Courses

Within 10 working days: 100% of course fee will be payable.

PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS

Payment due for all course is now strictly 7 days from the date of invoice for vetted companies.

However, all individuals booking a course(s) are requested to have payment, by cheque or bax, to our office prior to the course date. We reserve the right to cancel a place if payment is not received 5 working days before the course.

Insight TSL also reserve the right to envoke interest charges for all outstanding balances i.e. those outwith our 7 day term for payment. The interest rate charged will be in accordancwe with guidelines set forth by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act inacted on 1st November 1998

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO COURSES BY Insight TSL

Insight TSL will make all reasonable endeavors to ensure any training course for which bookings have been accepted is not cancelled, we reserve the right to cancel, change or re-schedule any course without prior notice. 

If it becomes necessary for Insight TSL to cancel a course, irrespective of the amount of warning given - attendees will be offered alternative dates. 

If rescheduled dates are not suitable Insight TSL will refund the cost of the booking in full.  No other form of compensation will be given.
