Access Course
Level 1
Who’s it for?
People with no knowledge of Microsoft Access or those with limited exposure who need clarification on the basics of database design methods and a more in-depth of the software.

Introduction
The object of this session is to introduce the new user to the concepts of databases and in specific to Microsoft Access. They will be led step by step through the process of scoping requirement,
planning, designing, building, testing and
implementing a menu driven database module.
The model will be available for the user to take with them after the session and will be complemented by the course handout which together with unlimited access to our after Training Help Desk should see them through putting together their new knowledge to good use.
This session is also suitable for those who have dabbled with previous Access versions and be tailored as an onsite session if required.

User Access Course
Level ll
Who’s it for?
The session is designed for users who have some knowledge of Access and who now wish to take that knowledge to the next level. It is also suitable for people who have been using other database programs and wish to convert or those who have been experiencing difficulty with systems they have been working on. We encourage those to bring along a copy of the “problem” on disc and our trainer / developer will be happy to offer advice.

Introduction
As well as a recap of many of the basics, this will provide users with the capabilities of building a back end front end multi-user system and incorporates topics such as security, and using some of the more basic VB commands to enhance your working model.
